Tips:

  • Use a high-quality olive oil. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your dish.
  • Don't be afraid to use lots of garlic. Garlic is a key ingredient in Greek cuisine, and it really adds a lot of flavor to this dish.
  • Use fresh lemon juice. Bottled lemon juice just doesn't have the same flavor as fresh lemon juice.
  • Don't overcook the chicken. Chicken is best when it is cooked through but still juicy. Overcooked chicken will be dry and tough.
  • Serve the chicken with your favorite sides. Some good options include rice, potatoes, or vegetables.

Conclusion:

Greek Lemon Garlic Chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to use up leftover chicken, and it is also a healthy and flavorful meal. The combination of lemon, garlic, and herbs creates a tantalizing flavor that will appeal to everyone. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy meal, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
