Marinated and grilled chicken breast and a blend of Mexican cheese nachos topped with lime crema and cilantro. 4 tablespoons tequila
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
¼ teaspoon ground cumin, or more to taste
¼ teaspoon garlic powder, or more to taste

1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
2 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced into cutlets
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise

2 (13 ounce) packages restaurant-style tortilla chips
1 (8 ounce) package shredded pepper Jack cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese blend

2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. olive oil, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/2 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/4 cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Classic Sweet & Thick, divided
6 cups tortilla chips (6 oz.)
1/4 cup drained pickled jalapeño slices, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Mix lemon juice and 2 Tbsp. oil until blended. Drizzle over chicken in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min.

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
