Tips:
- Choose fresh, tender green beans. Look for beans that are bright green in color and have no blemishes. Avoid beans that are wilted or have brown spots.
- Trim the green beans. Remove the ends of the beans and any strings that may be present.
- Blanch the green beans. This will help them to retain their color and crispness. To blanch the beans, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the beans and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp. Immediately remove the beans from the boiling water and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Season the green beans. You can season the beans with a variety of herbs and spices, such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
- Grill the green beans. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the beans with olive oil and grill them for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are slightly charred and tender.

Grilled green beans are a delicious and healthy side dish that can be enjoyed all summer long. They are easy to make and can be seasoned with a variety of herbs and spices to suit your taste. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy side dish, give grilled green beans a try!
