Tips for Making Grilled Garlic Herb Chicken Sandwiches

- **Use fresh herbs:** Fresh herbs like basil, thyme, and rosemary will give your chicken sandwiches the best flavor. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but be sure to use half the amount since they are more concentrated. - **Marinate the chicken:** Marinating the chicken in a flavorful marinade for at least 30 minutes will help to keep it moist and juicy. You can use a simple marinade made with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, or you can try a more creative marinade like the one in this recipe. - **Grill the chicken over medium heat:** Grilling the chicken over medium heat will help to prevent it from burning. If you are using a gas grill, preheat the grill to medium heat and then turn off one of the burners. This will create a two-zone cooking area, with one side for direct grilling and one side for indirect grilling. Grill the chicken over the indirect heat side until it is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per side. - **Toast the buns:** Toasting the buns will help to give them a nice crust and make them more flavorful. You can toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster oven. - **Add your favorite toppings:** Once the chicken is cooked and the buns are toasted, it's time to add your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings for grilled chicken sandwiches include lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and bacon. You can also add a sauce, such as barbecue sauce or honey mustard. ###

Conclusion

Grilled garlic herb chicken sandwiches are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a summer cookout. By following these tips, you can make sure that your chicken sandwiches are perfectly cooked and flavorful. So fire up the grill and enjoy!
