Tips:

  • Choose the right drumsticks: Look for drumsticks that are plump and have a good amount of meat on them. Avoid any that are thin or bony.
  • Marinate the drumsticks: Marinating the drumsticks in a flavorful marinade will help to tenderize them and add flavor. You can use a variety of marinades, such as a simple olive oil and herb marinade, a yogurt-based marinade, or a spicy marinade made with chili powder and cumin.
  • Cook the drumsticks over medium heat: Cooking the drumsticks over medium heat will help to prevent them from burning. If you cook them over too high heat, they will brown too quickly and the inside will be undercooked.
  • Baste the drumsticks with the glaze: Basting the drumsticks with the glaze will help to keep them moist and flavorful. You can use a variety of glazes, such as a simple honey glaze, a barbecue sauce glaze, or a sweet and sour glaze.
  • Serve the drumsticks hot: Grilled glazed drumsticks are best served hot off the grill. You can serve them with a variety of sides, such as rice, potatoes, or vegetables.

Conclusion:

Grilled glazed drumsticks are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. By following these tips, you can make sure that your drumsticks turn out perfectly every time. So fire up your grill and get started!
