Tips:

  • Use a good quality flank steak. Look for a steak that is at least 1 inch thick and has good marbling.
  • Marinate the steak for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight. This will help to tenderize the steak and infuse it with flavor.
  • Use a hot grill to cook the steak. This will help to create a nice crust on the outside of the steak and keep the inside juicy.
  • Cook the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare.
  • Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. This will help to redistribute the juices and make the steak more tender.
  • Serve with your favorite sides, such as rice and beans, grilled vegetables, or a salad.

Conclusion:

Grilled jerk flank steak is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a summer cookout or a weeknight meal. The marinade is simple to make and the steak cooks quickly on the grill. Serve with your favorite sides for a complete and satisfying meal.
