Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use fresh mahi-mahi fillets. If frozen, thaw them completely before cooking.
  • Season the fish fillets generously with salt and pepper before grilling. This will help to enhance their natural flavor.
  • Cook the fish over medium heat to prevent it from drying out or burning. Use a grill pan or a well-oiled grill grate to keep the fish from sticking.
  • Cook the fish until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Overcooking will make the fish dry and tough.
  • While the fish is grilling, make the roasted pepper sauce and cilantro pesto. These sauces will add flavor and moisture to the fish.
  • Serve the grilled mahi-mahi with the roasted pepper sauce and cilantro pesto. You can also add a side of rice or vegetables.

Conclusion:

This grilled mahi-mahi recipe is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy this flavorful fish. The roasted pepper sauce and cilantro pesto add a unique and delicious flavor to the fish. This recipe is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
