1 cup lemon-lime soda
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

  • In a shallow dish, combine the first six ingredients. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally., Drain and discard marinade.
