3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 small head napa cabbage (about 1 pound), cut into bite-size pieces

Tips:

  • Choose fresh, large shrimp. This will ensure that the shrimp are juicy and flavorful.
  • Cook the shrimp properly. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery. Cook the shrimp until they are just opaque and pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Make the sesame ginger vinaigrette ahead of time. This will allow the flavors to meld and develop.
  • Use a variety of salad greens. This will add flavor and texture to the salad.
  • Be generous with the dressing. The dressing is what will bring all of the flavors of the salad together.
  • Serve the salad immediately. This will prevent the salad from wilting.

Conclusion:

Grilled shrimp salad with sesame ginger vinaigrette is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for a summer lunch or dinner. The shrimp is grilled to perfection and the sesame ginger vinaigrette is light and flavorful. The salad is also packed with nutrients, including protein, vitamins, and minerals.
