BANANAS FOSTER ON THE GRILL
Bananas Foster is my husband's favorite dessert, and this is one of the easiest recipes I've ever found. Not only is it delicious, it's a great way to use those bananas that are a little too ripe to just peel and eat. -Rebecca Clark, Warrior, Alabama

GRILLED BANANAS FOSTER
I worked at a Bed and Breakfast a few years back and Bananas Foster was a dessert that they often served with dinner. This wonderful version can be prepared on your outdoor grill. Tips:
- Use ripe fruits for the best flavor. If your fruits are not ripe, they will be sour and lack sweetness.
- Choose a variety of fruits. This will give your dish a more complex flavor and texture.
- Do not overcrowd the pan. If you overcrowd the pan, the fruits will not cook evenly and will become mushy.
- Cook the fruits over medium heat. High heat will cause the fruits to burn.
- Stir the fruits frequently. This will help them to cook evenly and prevent them from sticking to the pan.
- Add the rum carefully. If you add the rum too quickly, it will flame up. To prevent this, heat the rum in a small saucepan until it is warm, then add it to the pan with the fruits.
- Serve the dish immediately. Grilled Tahitian Fruit Foster is best served warm, so make sure to enjoy it right away.
Conclusion:
Grilled Tahitian Fruit Foster is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its sweet and tangy flavor, this dish is sure to please everyone at your table. So, next time you are looking for a special dessert, give Grilled Tahitian Fruit Foster a try. You won't be disappointed!
