  • Marinate the roast: Marinating the roast in a flavorful marinade will help to tenderize the meat and add flavor. There are many different marinade recipes available, so you can choose one that suits your taste. Be sure to marinate the roast for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
  • Cook the roast over indirect heat: When grilling the roast, use indirect heat to cook it evenly. This will help to prevent the meat from drying out. To cook the roast over indirect heat, set up your grill with two burners on one side and one burner on the other side. Place the roast on the side with one burner, and close the lid. Cook the roast for about 1 hour per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 135 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, or 155 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-well.
  • Let the roast rest before slicing: Once the roast is cooked, let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful roast.
