Tips:

  • Choose lean ground turkey: Look for ground turkey with a fat content of 93% or higher. This will help to keep the burgers moist and flavorful while also reducing the amount of grease.
  • Use fresh herbs and spices: Fresh herbs and spices will give your burgers a delicious burst of flavor. Some good options include parsley, cilantro, basil, oregano, garlic, and onion.
  • Don't overmix the meat: Overmixing the meat will make the burgers tough. Just mix the ingredients until they are combined.
  • Shape the burgers gently: Be gentle when shaping the burgers. Avoid pressing down on them too much, as this will also make them tough.
  • Cook the burgers over medium heat: Cooking the burgers over medium heat will help to prevent them from sticking to the grill and will also help to keep them moist.
  • Use a meat thermometer: The best way to ensure that the burgers are cooked to perfection is to use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature of the burgers should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the burgers rest before serving: Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the burgers, making them even more flavorful.
