mayonnaise
ketchup

  • Place sub roll over beef mixture to warm and soak up some juice. Spread with mayo and ketchup. Top with beef, "whiz", and lettuce.

Tips:

  • Choose the right ground beef. For the best flavor and texture, use a ground beef that is at least 80% lean.
  • Season the ground beef well. Don't be afraid to use plenty of salt and pepper, as well as other spices and herbs. This will help to enhance the flavor of the beef.
  • Cook the ground beef over medium heat. This will help to prevent the beef from drying out and becoming tough.
  • Don't overcook the ground beef. Ground beef is best when it is cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the ground beef rest before serving. This will help to redistribute the juices and make the beef more tender.
