1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham

Steps:

  • In a nonstick skillet, saute onion in butter until tender; set aside. In a bowl, combine cheese and biscuit mix. Stir in milk and egg just until moistened. 1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup onion, Minced
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup milk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup ham, Diced
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded or diced)

Steps:

2 1/2 cups self raising flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup light olive oil

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 sprigs fresh lemon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
