½ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Steps:

  • Pour 1/2 cup pineapple juice from one of the cans into a bowl; reserve.
  • Pour pineapple tidbits and remaining juice into a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add brown sugar and cloves. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens, about 1 hour. Thin sauce to desired consistency with reserved juice.

1/2 cup pineapple preserves
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

2 packages (6 oz each) Canadian bacon slices
2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs

Steps:

  • In 1-quart saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
  • Heat oven to 300F. Place Canadian bacon slices on 15x 10-inch baking sheet. Place in oven until hot and ready to serve.
  • In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk and eggs. Spoon about 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry; turn. Cook until golden brown.
  • To make sliders; place one slice Canadian bacon on each of 10 pancakes; top with pineapple sauce and additional pancake.

1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham

1/4 cup white vinegar
