1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions, divided
2 tablespoons honey
1 to 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

DRESSING:
1/2 c sour cream
2 Tbsp honey
1-2 Tbsp dijon mustard
