Tips:
- Use leftover gravy: This recipe is a great way to use up leftover gravy from a roast or turkey dinner.
- Choose your potatoes wisely: Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes are the best choices for hash, as they hold their shape well and don't get mushy.
- Don't crowd the pan: When cooking the hash, make sure not to crowd the pan, or it will steam instead of fry.
- Season to taste: Don't be afraid to add more salt, pepper, or other seasonings to taste.
- Serve with your favorite toppings: Hash is typically served with eggs, but you can also add cheese, salsa, avocado, or anything else you like.
