Perfect Peach Cobbler image

This recipe is very easy, and a perfect way to showcase ripe peaches. It's not a typical sweet cobbler, it's milder, almost like a bread pudding. That makes it a perfect pairing with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream! Enjoy.

The crust was a bit tough. I think I should have rolled it out thinner.

The cobbler was a bit dry. I think I should have added more liquid to the filling.

This cobbler was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I think next time I'll use less sugar.
