Pineapple stuffing is the highlight of this delicious recipe. I think it would go well with pork as well as with chicken.

Tips:
- To ensure even cooking, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the chicken breasts reaches 165°F (74°C) before removing them from the oven.
- If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can also check if the chicken is cooked through by cutting into the thickest part of the breast. The juices should run clear, not pink.
- To prevent the chicken breasts from drying out, brush them with melted butter or olive oil before baking.
- For a crispy crust, sprinkle the chicken breasts with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers before baking.
- Feel free to get creative with the stuffing. You can use any combination of ingredients that you like, such as vegetables, rice, nuts, and cheese.
- If you're short on time, you can use pre-cooked chicken breasts. Just make sure to heat them through before serving.
- Serve the chicken breasts with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, rice, or salad.

Whether you're looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal or a special dish to serve for a party, these stuffed chicken breasts are sure to please. They're flavorful, juicy, and packed with delicious stuffing. So next time you're looking for a new way to cook chicken, give one of these recipes a try.
