1 flat bread
1 1/2 ounces pizza sauce
2 ounces chicken breasts, Diced
1 ounce mozzarella cheese, Shredded
1 ounce provolone cheese, Shredded
3 slices fresh tomatoes
1/2 ounce flat leaf fresh spinach, Cut into Strips
1/2 ounce fresh onion, Diced
1 ounce black olives, sliced
1/2 ounce feta cheese, Crumbled

Steps:

  • Place the thawed flatbread on parchment paper; add the sauce, and coating evenly up to but not on the edge.
  • Spread the first 2 oz. of shredded cheese evenly covering all the sauce.
  • Place the fresh spinach, chicken, tomatoes, onions and olives on the shredded cheese. Then add the Feta cheese on top.
  • Bake in the TurboChef (Tornado) or oven for about 1 1/2 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
  • Cut into 4 even squares and serve in specified container.

½ cup hummus
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup slice red bell pepper
¼ cup sliced green bell pepper

1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste

1 cup alfredo sauce
1/2 cup raw Baby Spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato

1 cup carmalized onion
