1 onion, finely chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 egg

½ teaspoon salt

Steps:

1 Large egg
2 pounds 94% lean ground turkey
1/3 cup Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup Shredded pepper jack cheese
2 Minced garlic cloves
1 Diced jalapeno
2 tbsp Fresh or dried chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon Sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
6 Slices pepper jack cheese
1 Sliced red onion
Ice burg lettuce
Sliced tomato
6 Whole wheat hamburger buns
Spicy ranch, mayo, or ketchup

Steps:

  • Prepare the Patties. In a large mixing bowl, combine all 11 of the dry ingredients (don't add the turkey yet). Once the dry ingredients are thoroughly combined, add the ground turkey into the bowl and use your spatula or spoon to coat the meat.
