Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 10-inch tube pan with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into 2 half moons to make 48 biscuit pieces. Separate the pieces into 2 piles.
- Working with half of the dough, flatten a piece of biscuit in your hand and stuff it with a cheese cube and about 1/4 teaspoon fig preserves (it is easier to roll if you use the little pieces of fig from the preserves). Gather the dough around it and roll into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough, cheese and jam to make 24 balls; set aside.
- With the remaining dough, stuff and roll each piece of biscuit with an olive.
- Toss the almonds and parsley together in a medium bowl. Toss the Cheddar, paprika and cayenne together in another medium bowl. Put the melted butter in a small bowl.
- Alternating every so often between the two flavors, dip the cheese and jam balls in butter, then roll them to coat in the almond topping; and dip the olive balls in butter and roll them to coat in the Cheddar topping. Arrange the balls in the tube pan so that the flavors are interspersed.
- Bake the bread until golden brown all over and the dough is baked through, about 35 minutes. Cool in the pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate and serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and then place an 8-inch cake pan in the center to use as a guide for making the wreath.
- Cut each sausage in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3 pieces. Cut the crescent rolls in half from the tip of the triangle to the center of the bottom (see Cook's Note). Roll up each sausage piece in a crescent roll piece. Arrange the rolled sausages around the cake pan flat-side down and touching one another. Remove the cake pan. Egg wash the tops of the rolled sausages to help them stick them together.
- Bake the wreath until the dough is golden brown and puffed, 20 to 25 minutes. Let the wreath cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, make the Parmesan mustard dip: Mix the sour cream, Parmesan, mustard and chives together in a small bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slowly push the wreath off the parchment and onto a serving platter. Serve with the dip in the center.

CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE HOLIDAY WREATH
The idea for the crescent roll wreath actually came from a Pampered Chef party many years ago, but the filling is mine. Around the holidays I decorated it with fresh sweet basil leaves and pieces of sweet red pepper to give it a holiday look. It really is an appeitzer that impresses, and ssshhh don't tell anyone, but it is made out of leftover ham, chicken, turkey, any kind of meat you have left over. The combo we like the best is chicken and sausage.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a skillet, add sausage, and cook until no longer pink.
- In a large bowl combine everything except crescent rolls.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Pre heat oven to 375°
- Use a pizza pan that has been lined with aluminum foil (no clean up) Spray liberally with pam before you start.
- If you use a pizza pan for this it will be easier to keep it in the round. Arrange the crescent rolls in a circle, long pointy ends facing out, short fat ends overlapping on the pan.
- Put the filling evenly all around the wreath on the widest part of the dough. A disher works great here.
- Fold the long pointy end back over the filling in the wreath, tucking in a little at the center.
- Not all the filling will be covered, that's what you want.
- bake for 20 minutes until golden, and expect to hear WOW when you bring it out. This never fails to impress.
Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling later on.
- Use a variety of sausages: To add flavor and texture to your wreath, use a combination of different types of sausages, such as Italian, chorizo, or breakfast sausage.
- Cook the sausage thoroughly: Make sure the sausage is cooked all the way through before assembling the wreath. This will help prevent foodborne illness.
- Use a variety of vegetables: To add color and crunch to your wreath, use a variety of vegetables, such as bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the vegetables, don't overcrowd the pan. This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from becoming soggy.
- Use a baking sheet: To prevent the wreath from sticking to the pan, use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the wreath cool before slicing: Before slicing the wreath, let it cool for a few minutes. This will help it hold its shape.
Conclusion:
The Holiday Chicken Sausage Wreath is a delicious and festive dish that is perfect for any holiday party. With its combination of flavorful sausage, crisp vegetables, and flaky crescent roll dough, this wreath is sure to be a hit with everyone at your table.
