  • Prepare the stuffing: You can use any type of stuffing you like, but a classic breadcrumb stuffing is always a good choice. Be sure to cook the stuffing thoroughly before stuffing the chicken.
  • Stuff the chicken: Loosen the skin of the chicken breast and thighs carefully, and then stuff the chicken with the prepared stuffing. Be sure not to overstuff the chicken, or the stuffing will not cook properly.
  • Glaze the chicken: In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Brush the glaze over the chicken before roasting.
  • Roast the chicken: Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Baste the chicken with the glaze every 15 minutes.
  • Let the chicken rest: Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before carving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken.
