Tips:

  • Prepare ingredients in advance: Chop vegetables, slice meat, and measure out調味料 before you start cooking to save time and ensure that your stir-fry is cooked evenly.
  • Use a large wok or skillet: A large wok or skillet will allow you to cook all of the ingredients at once without overcrowding them, which will help to prevent them from steaming instead of stir-frying.
  • Heat the wok or skillet over high heat: This will help to create a sear on the meat and vegetables, which will lock in their flavor and prevent them from becoming soggy.
  • Add the ingredients in stages: Start by cooking the meat, then add the vegetables in order of how long they take to cook. This will help to ensure that all of the ingredients are cooked evenly.
  • Stir-fry constantly: Use a spatula or wooden spoon to stir-fry the ingredients constantly. This will help to prevent them from sticking to the wok or skillet and will also help to distribute the heat evenly.
  • Add the sauce at the end: Once the ingredients are cooked through, add the sauce and stir-fry for a minute or two to heat it through.
  • Serve immediately: Hot and sour stir-fry is best served immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or vegetables.

Conclusion:

Hot and sour stir-fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick and healthy meal.
