Tips for Making Perfect Jello Jigglers with Molds:

  • Choose the Right Molds: Select molds that are heat-resistant and have intricate designs. Silicone molds are a popular choice as they are flexible and easy to use.
  • Prepare the Molds: Lightly grease the molds with cooking spray or oil to prevent the jello from sticking. You can also rinse the molds with cold water before pouring in the jello mixture.
  • Use Fresh Fruit: If you are adding fruit to your jello jigglers, use fresh, ripe fruit. This will ensure the best flavor and texture.
  • Chill the Jello Mixture: Before pouring the jello mixture into the molds, chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This will help the jello set faster and more evenly.
  • Tap the Molds: After pouring the jello mixture into the molds, tap them gently on a counter to release any air bubbles.
