1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups white sugar
¼ cup water
⅔ cup butter
1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl; set aside. Grease and flour a 9x9-inch baking dish.
