6 fluid ounces apple juice, chilled
7 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and halved, if large
12 1/2 ounces cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and cut into chunks
8 ice cubes
1/2 ounce honey

Steps:

  • Pour the apple juice into the blender or smoothie maker.
  • Add the strawberries, chunks of cantaloupe and the ice cubes.
  • Blend for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the honey and mix in the blender or smoothie maker for another 10 seconds.
  • Serve in chilled glasses.

  • Place the strawberries in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. In a saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes; cool slightly. Add to blender. Add lemon juice; cover and process until combined., Pour into a shallow freezer container; cover and freeze for 4-6 hours or until almost frozen. ¼ cup lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
8 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter, melted

  • Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Mash 2 cups of the strawberries in large bowl. Add condensed milk, juice and 2 cups of the whipped topping; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
