2 cup(s) cut up cooked turkey
1 cup(s) chopped celery
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) dried sage leaves or 3/4 teas. ground sage
3/4 teaspoon(s) dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 1/4 cup(s) milk
3 large eggs
1 cup(s) bisquick baking mix

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400^. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in the pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high for 1 minute or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. --- Note: If I have any dressing left on Thanksgiving I will mix 1 1/2 cup of it with the turkey and omit the above celery and onion and seasonings. This is usually better prepared this way.

2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or 2 cups chicken
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 cup leftover prepared stuffing
4 medium green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 cup)
1/2 cup cooked green peas
1/2 cup original Bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
turkey gravy, heated, if desired

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Spread turkey in pie plate; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Separate stuffing into small pieces; arrange on turkey. top with onions and peas.
  • Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. Carefully pour into pie plate.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with gravy,, if desired.
