BACON CHEESEBURGER PIE
This is my version of the Bisquick classic 'Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie'. My hubby loves his bacon and garlic so I've add those ingredients to to the mix. I've found it gives this sometimes bland recipe a new kick. I've even thought of adding 1/4 cup of Bulls Eye barbecue sauce. If anyone tries it, let me know how that turns out. Hope you gals enjoy this quick and easy crowd pleaser!

Tips:
- Use good quality ground beef: The quality of the ground beef will greatly affect the flavor of your pie. Look for ground beef that is at least 80% lean and has a good amount of marbling.
- Don't overcook the ground beef: Overcooked ground beef will be dry and tough. Cook it until it is just cooked through, or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use a good quality cheese: The cheese is another important flavor component in this pie. Use a cheese that melts well and has a good flavor, such as cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, or a combination of both.
- Don't overfill the pie crust: If you overfill the pie crust, the filling will spill out when you bake it. Fill the pie crust no more than two-thirds full.
- Bake the pie at a high temperature: This will help to ensure that the crust is cooked through and the filling is bubbly and hot.
Conclusion:
This bacon cheeseburger pie is an easy and delicious meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual party. It is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy meal, give this bacon cheeseburger pie a try. You won't be disappointed!
