Tips:

  • Choose the right hot dogs: For the best flavor and texture, use high-quality hot dogs made with 100% beef.
  • Use a sharp cheddar cheese: A sharp cheddar cheese will give the pie a more intense flavor than a mild cheddar.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make it tough. Mix it just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough before baking will help it to hold its shape.
  • Bake the pie until the crust is golden brown: The pie is done baking when the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Conclusion:

This hot dog and cheese pie is an easy and delicious meal that the whole family will love. It's perfect for a quick dinner or a potluck party. The combination of hot dogs, cheese, and dough is sure to be a hit with everyone.
