Tips:
- Choose the right eggs: Use fresh, farm-fresh eggs whenever possible. Older eggs may not whip up as well and may have a less desirable flavor.
- Whip the eggs thoroughly: The more you whip the eggs, the lighter and fluffier they will be. Use a whisk or an electric mixer to whip the eggs until they are pale yellow and foamy.
- Season the eggs: Season the eggs with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings before baking. This will help to enhance the flavor of the eggs.
- Choose the right baking dish: Use a baking dish that is large enough to accommodate the number of eggs you are baking. The eggs should be spaced evenly in the dish so that they cook evenly.
- Bake the eggs at the right temperature: The ideal baking temperature for eggs is 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature will help to cook the eggs through without overcooking them.
- Don't overcook the eggs: Eggs are very delicate and can easily be overcooked. Bake the eggs for the recommended amount of time, or until the whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny.
- Serve the eggs immediately: Eggs are best served immediately after they are baked. This will help to ensure that they are at their best flavor and texture.
