Sprinkle with cheese, jalapenos and bacon (reserving a little of each to put on top) Beginning with the longest end away from you, begin rolling dough TOWARDS you, a little at a time until completely rolled up. Cut into 1 inch slices and lay on prepared cookie sheet. Top each one with additional cheese, jalapenos and bacon. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until top is melted and edges are just beginning to turn golden. Remove and serve warm or cold.
