Weight Watcher Pudding Jello Fruit Fluff (Ww) image

I got this at my WW meeting. The nice thing about this is that you can use any combination of pudding and jello and (most) fruits that you want. I've also used frozen no sugar added raspberries, and strawberries and left out the fruit cocktail - this recipe is only limited by your imagination!! Oh - and the best part is it's only 1 point for a whole cup!!

A taste from my childhood. My mom used to make this, no recipe available. I played with it until I got it to taste right. A light, good for you dish, is great for dessert especially in the summer.

Time 2h5m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg philidelphia cream cheese
2 pkg cool whip
1 can(s) mandarin oranges 15 ounce (or 2 cans based on preference)
1 can(s) crushed pineapple - 20 ounce
1 pkg coconut
1/2 bag(s) mini marshmallows
2 box orange jell-o

Steps:

  • 1. With a hand mixer blend 1 package of cream cheese with 2 tubs of Cool Whip. Once blended, add the 2 boxes of jello. Then blend coconut into mixture. Next gently blend in 1 can of drained crushed pineapple (I blend on low speed just until evenly mixed into cream cheese mixture-if blended too much, it will make the mixture soupy).
  • 2. Gently fold into mixture drained Mandarin Oranges and Marshmallows.
  • 3. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. (I prefer to let set overnight for flavors to set.) You can get into this right away after mixing. The mixture should not be soupy or runny. It should have a "Mousse-like" texture. Enjoy!

ORANGE FLUFF JELLO SALAD

Orange Fluff Jello Salad image

..

Provided by Kathleen Riemer

Categories     Fruit Salads

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 large package cook and serve vanilla pudding 4.6 oz (not instant pudding)
1 large package orange jello 6 oz.
2 cups water
1 16 ounce container cool whip
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
2 cans pineapple tidbits (15 oz each) drained
2 cans mandarin oranges (11 oz each) drained
2 bananas

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together pudding, jello and water in pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils. Remove from heat and pour into large glass bowl. Refrigerate until mixture thickens, about 1 hour. Beat until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows and drained fruit. Chill another hour before serving. Just before serving, slice bananas and stir them in. Top with additional mini marshmallows for decoration. If you like coconut, you could also top with coconut for a more tropical flavor. Note: Some people loved it, some found it too sweet. If you want a less sweet dessert or lower calorie, use sugar free pudding, sugar free jello and light Cool Whip.

Tips:

  • Chill your ingredients: Using cold ingredients will help the fluff set faster and give it a lighter, airier texture.
  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form: This will help the fluff hold its shape and give it a creamy, smooth texture.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the Jell-O mixture: Over-mixing can cause the fluff to deflate.
  • Refrigerate the fluff for at least 4 hours before serving: This will give it time to set properly.
  • Garnish the fluff with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or sprinkles before serving: This will add flavor and visual appeal.

Conclusion:

Jello fluff is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a light and airy treat that is sure to please everyone. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy dessert for a weeknight dinner or a festive treat for a holiday party, Jello fluff is a great option. So next time you are looking for a sweet and satisfying dessert, give Jello fluff a try.
