A friend of mine from work gave me this recipe. It is so easy and delicious and I don't usually like pimento cheese. Enjoy!

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimentos, drained
1 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
½ cup mayonnaise, or more if needed

Three 10-ounce bricks sharp Cheddar, finely grated
1 cup mayonnaise
