My mom used to make this and it is my favorite meal. The pork butts come out so tender and juicy. 'Butts' are a favorite in my family. Serve with baked or mashed potatoes and a veggie. If you like a lot of sauce then double the recipe, the sauce is fantastic.

  • Season the steak liberally: Season the steak with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices before cooking. This will help to enhance the flavor of the steak.
  • Cook the steak over high heat: Sear the steak over high heat to create a nice crust on the outside while keeping the inside juicy. You can do this in a grill, a cast iron skillet, or a broiler.
  • Let the steak rest before serving: After cooking, let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the steak, making it more tender and juicy.
  • Serve the steak with your favorite sides: Serve the steak with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.

Cooking a juicy butt steak is not difficult, but it does require some practice. By following these tips, you can cook a steak that is juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Experiment with different cooking methods and seasonings to find the perfect steak for your taste.
