2 tablespoons light butter
1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons brown sugar, or more to taste
1 (8 inch) whole wheat pizza crust (such as Boboli®)
2 bunches kale, chopped
1 medium tomato, sliced into rounds
1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

  • Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat and add butter. Add onion and mix. Add brown sugar and mix. Stir onions occasionally until butter is absorbed and onions are browned, 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Meanwhile, place kale in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir every couple of minutes until kale is wilted and dark green, about 10 minutes.

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups yellow onions, sliced (about 3 medium onions)
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup sweet bell pepper, grilled and chopped
4 ounces goat cheese, crumbles
2 ounces provolone cheese or 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup grilled chicken, grilled

Steps:

  • To caramelize the onions, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the onions and garlic and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onions are very soft and lightly browned.

2 teaspoons sugar
1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
1 pound Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

1 large red onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 pita bread rounds, whole wheat
1 large tomatoes, quartered and sliced or 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup fresh basil leaf, shredded

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan cook the onions and garlic in hot olive oil over medium heat.
