Tips:

  • For the best results, use high-quality ingredients. Fresh, organic chicken breasts, high-quality cheese, and flavorful ham will make a big difference in the taste of your dish.
  • If you don't have a meat mallet, you can use a rolling pin to flatten the chicken breasts.
  • Be careful not to overcook the chicken. Chicken breasts are very thin, so they will cook quickly. Overcooked chicken will be dry and tough.
  • If you don't have a baking sheet, you can use a large skillet. Just be sure to grease the skillet well so that the chicken doesn't stick.
  • Serve the chicken cordon bleu immediately with your favorite sides. Mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad are all great options.

Conclusion:

Keto open-faced chicken cordon bleu is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover chicken breasts. This dish is sure to please everyone at your table, even the pickiest eaters. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy keto-friendly meal, give this recipe a try.
