KIDS LOVE THIS MEATLOAF
This is the meatloaf that my mother made. It is the only meatloaf I have ever liked. This recipe is so popular with my family that I always have to make two of them, and we still on't ever have any leftovers. If you are lucky enough to have any leftovers, this makes a delicious sandwich filling.

This meatloaf is my (very picky) kid's favorite. Wheat germ added instead of bread crumbs makes it very healthy.

Tips:
- Choose the right ground beef. Use a blend of 80% lean and 20% fat ground beef for a moist and flavorful meatloaf.
- Use fresh bread crumbs. Fresh bread crumbs will help to bind the meatloaf together and give it a light and fluffy texture.
- Add moisture to the meatloaf. Add moisture to the meatloaf by using ingredients like eggs, milk, or tomato sauce. This will help to prevent the meatloaf from becoming dry and crumbly.
- Season the meatloaf well. Use a variety of spices and herbs to season the meatloaf. This will help to give it a delicious flavor.
- Don't overmix the meatloaf. Overmixing the meatloaf will make it tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
- Bake the meatloaf in a preheated oven. This will help to ensure that the meatloaf cooks evenly.
- Let the meatloaf rest before slicing. Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This will help to keep the juices in the meatloaf.
