- Meanwhile, spray a square baking pan.
- Lay out the four tortillas and add a slice of cheese to each.

Tips
- Choose the right tortillas: Corn or flour tortillas can be used for enchiladas. Corn tortillas have a more traditional flavor, while flour tortillas are softer and more pliable.
- Make sure the tortillas are pliable: If the tortillas are too dry or brittle, they will crack when you roll them up. To soften the tortillas, wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave them for 10-15 seconds.
- Use a flavorful filling: The filling is the heart of the enchilada. Choose a filling that is flavorful and has a good texture. Some popular fillings include shredded chicken, ground beef, or beans.
- Don't overstuff the tortillas: If you overstuff the tortillas, they will be difficult to roll up and will fall apart when you bake them. Aim to fill each tortilla with about 1/2 cup of filling.
- Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what brings the enchiladas together. Choose a sauce that is flavorful and has a good consistency. Some popular sauces include red enchilada sauce, green enchilada sauce, or mole sauce.
- Bake the enchiladas until they are hot and bubbly: The enchiladas should be baked until they are hot and bubbly. This usually takes about 20-25 minutes.
- Garnish the enchiladas before serving: Garnish the enchiladas with your favorite toppings before serving. Some popular toppings include sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and cheese.
Conclusion
Enchiladas are a delicious and versatile dish that can be made with a variety of fillings and sauces. They are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal or for a special occasion. With a little planning and effort, you can make enchiladas that are sure to impress your family and friends.
