Ingredients

1 pkg (10 oz. ) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 pt (16 oz) sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 pkg knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can(s) ( 8 oz ) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
3 scallions, chopped (optional)

Steps:

1. Thaw spinach in microwave, and squeeze dry.
2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix until well blended.
3. Add chopped spinach, water chestnuts and scallions, mixing until well blended. Cover bowl, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

1 cup mayo
2 cups sour cream
1 pkg knorr vegetable or leek soupmix
1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 large round sour dough or pumpernickel bread loaf, optional
