⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the lasagna will taste. Use fresh vegetables, high-quality sausage, and a flavorful pasta sauce.
  • Don't overcook the noodles: The noodles should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked noodles will make the lasagna mushy.
  • Layer the lasagna properly: The order of the layers is important. Start with a layer of sauce, then noodles, then cheese, and repeat. The top layer should be sauce and cheese.
  • Bake the lasagna at the right temperature: The lasagna should be baked at a high temperature, around 375 degrees Fahrenheit, for about 30 minutes. This will help the cheese melt and the lasagna to brown on top.
  • Let the lasagna rest before serving: Once the lasagna is baked, let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the lasagna to set and make it easier to cut.

Conclusion:

Lasagna with sausage ragu and garlic kale is a delicious and hearty dish that is perfect for a winter meal. It is also a great way to use up leftover sausage and kale. With a few simple tips, you can make a lasagna that is sure to impress your family and friends.
