1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup whole milk
BERRY LAYER:
2 packages (3 ounces each) strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
Optional ingredients: Thawed whipped topping, lime wedges and fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water; stir in pineapple juice. Stir in pineapple. Pour into an 11x7-in. dish; refrigerate until set., In a small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Heat over low heat, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Transfer to a small bowl. Beat in cream cheese and milk until smooth. Spread over lime layer; refrigerate until set., Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water; stir in cranberry sauce. Cool for 10 minutes. Carefully spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set. , Cut into squares. If desired, serve with whipped topping, lime wedges and fresh strawberries.

2 packages (3 ounces each) lime gelatin
5 cups boiling water, divided
4 cups cold water, divided
1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 packages (3 ounces each) cherry gelatin

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water; stir. Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish; refrigerate until firm but not set, about 1 hour., In a large bowl, dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in marshmallows until melted. Cool for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Gradually beat in lemon gelatin. Stir in pineapple. Carefully spoon over the lime layer. Chill until firm but not set. , Dissolve cherry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add remaining cold water; stir. Spoon over the lemon layer. Refrigerate entire gelatin salad overnight. This is a simple, light, and very pretty dessert, you of course can change the flavors of jello, I made this for the 4th of July, using blueraspberry, and cherry jello, and the flavors listed below at Christmas, are very pretty, and of course everybody loves jello. Time includes chilling.

3 ounces cherry Jell-O
3 ounces lime Jell-O gelatin
3 ounces lemon Jell-O gelatin
8 ounces cream cheese

Steps:

  • Mix cherry jello and 1 1/4 cups hot water. Pour in pan, I used a 8x11 glass pan.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Whip lemon jello and 1 1/4 cups hot water.
  • Cool to room temperature

  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, or longer.
  • Mix lime jello and 1 1/4 cups hot water.
