HERBED CHEESE SPREAD
Tastes just like the expensive Boursin® cheese spread you buy at the store. Reduced-fat cream cheese works well in this recipe. Delicious spread on crackers or as a fill on celery sticks. Good shelf life in the refrigerator. This can be eaten right way, but it's best if refrigerated for at least one day before serving.

Tips:
- Choose the right cheese: A good melting cheese, such as cheddar, mozzarella, or Gruyère, is essential for a smooth and creamy spread. Avoid cheeses that are too hard or crumbly, as they will not spread well.
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh herbs and spices will give your spread the best flavor. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but be sure to use half the amount.
- Don't overcook the curry: The curry should be cooked until it is fragrant and the spices are well-blended, but it should not be overcooked, as this will make it bitter.
- Let the spread cool slightly before serving: This will help it to set and make it easier to spread.
- Serve the spread with your favorite crackers or bread: This is a great appetizer or snack, and it can also be used as a sandwich spread.
Conclusion:
This layered curried cheese spread is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack that is perfect for any occasion. With its creamy texture, flavorful curry, and cheesy goodness, it is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy recipe, give this layered curried cheese spread a try. You won't be disappointed!
