1 pint fresh blueberries
1 pint fresh hulled strawberries or 1 pint raspberries
2 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
2 cups seeded watermelon, chunks
2 bananas, sliced 1/2-inch thick
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
1 cup mandarin orange, drained (or use fresh oranges, chopped)
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar (icing sugar)
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 cup whipped cream, whipped
1/4-1/2 teaspoon lime zest

  • In a bowl, toss the bananas slices in lemon juice to keep from browning.
