1 stick butter
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1-2 cans of drained fruit or pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter in a 9 x 13 dish and let it melt.
  • 2. While butter is melting in the oven, mix the flour, sugar, and milk together in a bowl.
  • 3. After butter is melted, swirl it on the bottom of your dish until it is coated.

1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c milk
1 can(s) pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. Place butter in2 quart casserole or pie plate till melted.Remove from oven.
  • 2. In a bowl beat 1 cup of the sugar,baking powder,salt,and milk to make a smooth batter.Pour over butter(DO NOT STIR TOGETHER!!!)pour pie filling over batter.Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup sugar.
  • 3. Bake 40-45 minutes or till golden brown.
