1 package (6 ounces) lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 can (12 ounces) lemon-lime soda
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups halved green grapes
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Lettuce leaves, optional

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in soda. Chill until partially set. , Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside. Add water to pineapple juice, if necessary, to measure 1 cup; set aside. Stir the pineapple, oranges and grapes into gelatin. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Chill until firm. , Meanwhile, in a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the egg, sugar, flour, butter and reserved pineapple juice. 2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 (10 ounce) package mini marshmallows
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water and stir well. Pour contents into desired serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow it to begin to set. 1 cup cottage cheese
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pecans (I use a cup because my family loves nuts)

Steps:

  • Use 3/4 cup boiling water to dissolve Jello - chill before adding milk

1 (10 ounce) bottle maraschino cherries, halved,drained
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (21 ounce) can chunk pineapple, do not drain
1 (12 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups mini marshmallows

  • In serving bowl, dump can of undrained pineapple.

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups sugar
2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
6 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 cup green grapes, halved
12 maraschino cherries, halved
1/2 cup chopped dates, optional

  • In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
