1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning, divided
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 medium tomato, chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • In a 12-in. skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper; cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until tender. 8 large fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon chopped chives or 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 slice bacon, crumbled

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
