1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, pressed
pepper
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup plain yogurt

Makes about 1 cup = serving size equals 2 tablespoons.
