1 teaspoon coffee flavored liqueur
2 ½ cups rolled oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces

Steps:
