Tips for Making Low-Carb Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Always use natural, unsweetened peanut butter. This will give your cookies the best flavor and texture.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Use a cookie scoop to evenly portion the dough. This will help ensure that your cookies are all the same size and bake evenly.
  • Bake the cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to brown.
  • Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before enjoying. This will help them firm up and develop their full flavor.
